Cast Nylon Rod (MC Nylon), also known as Monomer Casting Nylon Rod, is a high-performance engineering plastic designed for exceptional strength, toughness, and wear resistance. Produced with precision casting technology, our MC nylon rods offer superior tensile strength and impact resistance, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications in automotive, machinery, and manufacturing.

Comparable to well-known grades such as Mitsubishi MC Nylon® (MC901), Quadrant Nylatron®, Ensinger TECAST®et Nylacast®, our cast nylon rods feature low friction, self-lubricating properties, and strong resistance to oils, fuels, and chemicals. With excellent machinability and reliable performance under extreme conditions, they are widely used for gears, bearings, bushings, pulleys, and other dynamic components.
